可拉伸电子封装用局部变刚度可拉伸基板的翻转芯片工艺:可拉伸基板;PDMS;FPCB;翻转芯片;接触电阻;Si芯片采用不同的各向异性导电胶( ACAs )在由聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )和柔性印制电路板( FPCB )组成的局部变刚度可拉伸基板上的翻转芯片。对含有不同导电粒子的ACAs处理的倒装片接头的平均接触电阻进行了评估和比较。采用ACA与金包复聚合物球作为导电粒子的倒装芯片结合的试样,其接触电阻为$43.2m{\\Omega}$。用含有SnBi钎料颗粒的ACA进行倒装加工的Si片的接触电阻测量为$36.2m{\\Omega}$,相反,用ACA与Ni颗粒粘结的样品发生了电开,这归因于ACA中Ni颗粒的数量最少,从而形成了没有任何包复Ni颗粒的倒装芯片接头。

Compressive Strength and Chloride Ion Penetration Resistance of SHCC Coated by PDMS-based Penetrating Water Repellency

聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )渗透水性PDMS涂层的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能;渗透水斥水性;SHCC;抗压强度;抗氯离子渗透性能。研究了PDMS的渗透深度、SHCC的强度以及SHCC的抗氯离子渗透性能。由于应用不同的应用方法时测量PDMS的穿透深度,证实所有方法均满足KS F 4930的要求。虽然浸泡法表现出最大的穿透深度,但考虑到现场应用的方便,喷雾法被认为比较合适。抗压强度试验表明,随着SHCC抗压强度的增加,PDMS的穿透深度减小。PDMS穿透深度大的M4 - A和M4 - B试件的抗压强度分别比未的M4试件分别降低9.6 %和8.0 %,PDMS穿透深度小的M1 - A和M1 - B试件的抗压强度比M1试件分别降低4 %和2.2 %。由此可以看出,随着PDMS渗透深度的增加,SHCC的强度降低速率增大。氯离子渗透试验表明,随着PDMS渗透深度的增加,氯离子渗透阻力增大。

基于银纳米线的三明治结构高灵敏度电阻式压力传感器

基于银纳米线电阻压力传感器的三明治结构高灵敏度电阻压力传感器;;银纳米线( AgNW );;PEDOT:PSS;;PDMS;;三明治结构。弹性电阻压力传感器是通过在未固化的聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )上直接喷涂银纳米线( AgNWs )和导电聚合物聚( 3,4 -乙撑二氧噻吩):聚(苯乙烯磺酸盐) ( PEDOT:PSS )的附加涂层制备的。为了提高传感器的灵敏度和稳定性,我们制备了夹心结构的AgNW /聚合物传感器,其中两个AgNW /聚合物包复PDMS薄膜与压力叠层接触的导电表面叠层。加载时,由于AgNWs形成致密网络,电阻减小。研究表明,AgNW /聚合物三明治结构传感器在低压下具有很高的灵敏度( $2.59kPa^{- 1}$ )和测量因子( 37.8 )。它还能检测到微妙的放置和去除重量低至3.4 mg,对应的压力约为5.4 Pa。说明过涂层的PEDOT:PSS层大大抑制了AgNWs从PDMS中的突起,从而减小迟滞,使传感器更加稳定。

AgNWs are spray coated directly onto uncured polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) such that AgNWs penetrate into the uncured PDMS, enhancing the adhesion properties of AgNWs. However, the single-layered AgNW sensor exhibits unstable electric response and low pressure sensitivity.

Inherently, they show poor surface roughness and stretchability. To tackle it, we have employed a conductive polymer, poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) : Poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT : PSS). PEDTO : PSS solution is mixed with AgNWs or spin-coated on the AgNW film.

The characteristics of these membranes were studied by FT-IR, XRD, TGA, and SEM. Gas permeation experiment were performed under condition of $25^{\\circ}C$ and $3kg/cm^2$.
