基于银纳米线电阻压力传感器的三明治结构高灵敏度电阻压力传感器;;银纳米线( AgNW );;PEDOT:PSS;;PDMS;;三明治结构。弹性电阻压力传感器是通过在未固化的聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )上直接喷涂银纳米线( AgNWs )和导电聚合物聚( 3,4 -乙撑二氧噻吩):聚(苯乙烯磺酸盐) ( PEDOT:PSS )的附加涂层制备的。为了提高传感器的灵敏度和稳定性,我们制备了夹心结构的AgNW /聚合物传感器,其中两个AgNW /聚合物包复PDMS薄膜与压力叠层接触的导电表面叠层。加载时,由于AgNWs形成致密网络,电阻减小。研究表明,AgNW /聚合物三明治结构传感器在低压下具有很高的灵敏度( $2.59kPa^{- 1}$ )和测量因子( 37.8 )。它还能检测到微妙的放置和去除重量低至3.4 mg,对应的压力约为5.4 Pa。说明过涂层的PEDOT:PSS层大大抑制了AgNWs从PDMS中的突起,从而减小迟滞,使传感器更加稳定。

A Hybrid Bilayer Pressure Sensor based on Silver NanowirePressure sensor;silver nanowire (AgNW);PEDOT:PSS;PDMS;bilayer structure;We have fabricated flexible and stretchable pressure sensors using silver nanowires (AgNWs) and analyzed their electric responses. AgNWs are spray coated directly onto uncured polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) such that AgNWs penetrate into the uncured PDMS, enhancing the adhesion properties of AgNWs. However, the single-layered AgNW sensor exhibits unstable electric response and low pressure sensitivity.
