Direct imprinting of ordered and dense TiO 2 nanopore arrays by using a soft template for photovoltaic applications

Abstract(#br)Highly ordered and dense TiO 2 nanopore arrays are directly nanoimprinted on a transparent conductive glass substrate by using a polymethylmethacrylate/polydimethylsiloxane (PMMA/PDMS) composite soft template, which is replicated from an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) replica mold. Results indicate that heat infiltration under vacuum conditions can ensure complete filling of PMMA into the AAO pores, and that free-standing PMMA nanorods with an aspect ratio more than 5 can be obtained by adjusting the AAO pore depth based on a freeze-drying technique.

Microwell-assisted filtration with anodic aluminum oxide membrane for Raman analysis of algal cells

Abstract(#br)In this study, rapid and direct Raman analysis of microalgae was demonstrated through measurement of algal cells (or algal paste) prepared by microwell-assisted filtration using an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane. To obtain the algal paste, an array of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microwells with through holes was placed on top of the AAO membrane, after which a vacuum was initiated and a droplet of algal solution dispensed inside the PDMS microwells for a 5-min filtration process.

摘要\n阳极氧化铝( AAO )高密度蜂窝状纳米图案由于其非光刻性和优良的亚波长结构( SWS )增透( AR )性能,被广泛应用于各种高性能光电器件。本文介绍了一种基于超薄AAO的双层聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )方案,通过简单的复制,得到周期为125 nm的规则三角形表面纳米柱阵列,在250 ~ 850 nm波长范围内,AR增强5 % ~ 27 %。为了研究AAO纳米结构的光提取特性,建立了氮化镓( GaN )发光模型。与裸GaN相比,低有序AAO阵列、规则阵列和高有序AAO阵列的最大AR增强量分别为20.2 %、22.0 %和23.5 %。晶粒尺寸效应进一步改善了高有序AAO阵列的AR性能,基于有效折射率的薄膜模型在AAO模式依赖表面AR分析中取得了成功。此外,通过对侧壁剖面的裁剪,由于折射率沿高度方向的平滑变化,可以得到进一步的AR增强( 39.1 % )。
