Abstract(#br)Solid-phase microextraction of hexachlorobenzene from water was implemented for the first time on a rotating disk coated with an octadecyl-bonded silica (C 18 ) sorptive phase. The results indicate that the sorption performance of this phase for the model analyte selected is similar to that observed using a rotating disk containing PDMS.

Abstract(#br)The primary goal of the present study is the inter-laboratory evaluation of a thin film microextraction (TFME) technique to be used as an alternative approach to liquid-liquid extraction (LLE). Polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) and PDMS/DVB-carbon mesh supported membranes were used for the extraction of 23 targeted pesticides, while a thermal desorption unit (TDU) was employed to transfer these analytes to a GC/MS instrument for separation and detection.

建立了一种基于固相微萃取气相色谱-质谱联用( SPME-GC / MS )的樱桃样品中毒死蜱残留量的定量测定方法。比较了PA (聚丙烯酸酯,85 µ m )、PDMS- DVB (聚二甲基硅氧烷-二乙烯基苯,65 mm )和PDMS (聚二甲基硅氧烷,100 mm )三种纤维涂层。考察了温度、萃取解吸次数、矿化度、搅拌速率等各种参数对SPME程序的影响。所有样品提取液的分析物在60℃的SPME纤维中预浓缩30min,然后在气相色谱进样口中250℃加热10min解吸。检测限( LOD )和定量限( LOQ )分别为0.03 µ g / L和0,1 µ g / L。平均回收率为93 - 98 %,相对标准偏差(
