Surface Properties of Unsaturated Polyester Resin/Siloxane-ester Copolymer BlendsPDMS;Surface Energy;Dynamic Contact Angle;Peel Strength;ESCA;In order to lower the surface energy of unsaturated polyester(UPE) resin, small amount of siloxane-ester copolymers were incorporated. The copolymers were synthesized by a condensation polymerization using ethylene glycol and hydroxy termintated polydimethylsiloxane as diols and maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride as dibasic acids.

Improvement of PDMS graphene transfer method through surface modification of target substrategraphene;dry transfer method;surface modification;polydimethylsiloxane;surface energy;In this paper, we study the dry transfer technology utilizing PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) stamp of a large single-layer graphene grown on Cu-foil as catalytic metal by using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). By changing the surface property of the target substrate through $UV/O_3$ treatment, we can transfer the graphene on the target substrate while minimizing mechanical damages of graphene layer.

肿瘤转移、动脉粥样硬化等多种疾病与人体循环系统中微小血管复杂结构中的复杂生物物理现象密切相关。传统上,这些疾病都是通过设计各种动物模型来探讨的,这些动物模型在其他方面受到道德考虑和有限的预测能力的限制。因此,开发一种工程化的片上网络,它不仅复制了人体带血微血管的功能方面,而且复制了其几何复杂性和层次化的微结构,对评估器官辅助设备和疾病模型进行治疗评估至关重要。为了克服现有资源密集型制造技术的限制,我们报告了一种简单而又小生境的表面工程和微加工策略的结合,以设计一个高度有序的微管网络,嵌入在聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )平板内,用于在芯片上进行细胞的动态培养,医学相关范式下血管运输过程的独特方面。该设计由毛细血管( 80μm )到大动脉( 390μm )的层次复杂性和界面材料化学的同时调谐组成。在分层网络内对流体的流动行为进行了数值表征,并在微流控装置的内壁上实现了融合的内皮层。我们进一步探讨该装置作为全血中存在的循环肿瘤细胞( MG-63骨肉瘤细胞)的血管沉积检测的有效性。拟议的在低成本范式下模拟体外血管网络的范式具有进一步探索细胞动力学以及对各种血管运输过程提供重要见解的潜力。
