灵活合成用于高性能柔性摩擦电纳米发电机的亚10 nm ZnS / ZnO纳米片

基于低成本无机功能材料的柔性高输出摩擦电纳米发电机( TENGs )的制备日益受到重视。本研究采用简单的方法成功合成了亚10   nm ZnS / ZnO纳米片( ZnSO NFs ),并将其与聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )结合作为柔性TENGs ( FTENGs )的摩擦电层材料,制备的PDMS / ZnSO NFs基FTENGs具有显著的输出功率密度( ~ 2.95   mW   cm-2 )和优异的柔性( 2000次弯曲循环后输出功率密度保持为其初始值的82 % )。此外,当2   ×  2   cm2 PDMS / ZnSO NFs基FTENG受到人的拳头力作用时,它可以驱动70个LEDs,证实我们研制的超薄ZnSO NFs有望成为高输出FTENGs的候选材料。
