Despite the advancement on flexible devices with organic semiconductors or carbon nanotube films, their performances are limited by the carrier scattering at the molecular to molecular or nanotube-to-nanotube junctions.

Abstract(#br)In order to realize a flexible visible-near-infrared (VIS-NIR) photodetector, Si nanowires (SiNWs) were prepared on graphene (Gr) by using metal-catalyzed chemical vapor deposition, and then the Gr/SiNWs heterojunction was transferred onto a flexible polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) substrate by using a polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA)/polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as a double-layer support film. The transfer process of the flexible Gr/SiNWs heterojunction was successful.

Chiral hollow nanovolcano array (HNVA) film and chiral hollow nanoshells (HNSs) are simultaneously fabricated via a new strategy of colloidal lithography technique. The chirality of both chiral plasmonic nanostructures, which arises from the asymmetric charge oscillation and electric field distributions, can be well controlled by regulating the opening-angle of the nanounits during the metal depositions.

防伪材料的发光颜色和应用环境与激发方式密切相关,对信息安全起着决定性作用。采用传统的固相反应法制备了Ca1.997 - xNb2O7:xEr3 / 0.003Pr3 ( x   =   0.002,0.006,0.01,0.015,0.02 )铁电陶瓷。在所制备的陶瓷中实现了由调色(红/黄/绿)光致发光( PL )、上转换发光( UCL )、光刺激发光( PSL )和热释光( TL )组成的四模发光。并对相应的机制进行了讨论和提出。本材料首次报道了利用近红外( NIR )光激发的PSL。此外,将合成的荧光粉和商用ZnS:Cu2掺入到聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )基体中,制备了多功能光学器件。所获得的器件成功地提供了多色(红/粉/白/青/绿/蓝)和多模(上转换/下移和光子/热/机械驱动)发射的多维码,在光信息存储和防伪方面显示了良好的前景。
