MWCNT-PDMS Nanocomposite Based Flexible Multifunctional Sensor for Health Monitoring

Abstract(#br)In this paper, a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) – polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) nanocomposite is fabricated as a multifunctional sensor to realize a wearable heath monitoring sensor system. The sensor is flexible and can measure both pressure and temperature at areas of contact to human body. This enables continuous monitoring of posture and respiration process for early diagnosis of manifold posture and lung related diseases. Mechanical, thermal responses and morphology are studied and the results are discussed.

一种制备多功能耐久超疏水织物的无氟方法

摘要( # br )本研究利用普通烟气废弃物粉煤灰( FA )有效制备多功能超疏水表面。FA首先被TiO2壳层包复,通过电荷吸附形成核( FA ) -壳( TiO2 )结构。然后将FA-TiO2接枝到聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )分子上,形成具有超疏水性能的FA-TiO2 - PDMS粒子。PDMS分子通过共价键牢固地接枝在TiO2壳层上,从而赋予粒子一系列持久的性能。将超疏水的FA-TiO2 - PDMS粒子与PDMS混合,可形成均匀的涂层溶液,涂复到织物上,得到超疏水表面。由此得到的超疏水织物表现出了“莲花效应”和优异的自清洁能力。它还表现出优异的光催化能力,可反复光催化降解各种油脂和染料。此外,涂层织物表现出持久稳定的超疏水性能,能够承受反复的磨耗处理、使用胶带回收剥落试验、长时间的沸水浸泡和循环溶剂浸泡。此外,经过简单的热处理后,即使经过多次等离子体处理或浸泡在强碱/酸溶液中8 h,表面仍表现出较强的自愈合超疏水性能。超疏水织物还具有自淬灭耐火性能,能够高效分离各种油水混合物。
