Robust and anti-corrosive PDMS/SiO 2 superhydrophobic coatings fabricated on magnesium alloys with different-sized SiO 2 nanoparticles

Abstract(#br)In this work, micro-nanostructure polydimethylsiloxane/silicon dioxide (PDMS/SiO 2 ) composite coatings were fabricated on the surface of magnesium alloys with two different sizes of SiO 2 nanoparticles by a simple painting method. The effects of the proportion of 40 nm and 50–250 nm SiO 2 on the wettability, wear and corrosion performance of the composite coatings were investigated.

以生物基乙酰化淀粉( ac-Starch )为多元醇,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体( HDIT )为交联剂,制备了一种新型全憎水性聚氨酯( PU )涂层。通过与过量的HDIT共价连接,在涂层中引入少量的单碳醇端基聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS-OH )作为润滑成分,防止与其他涂层组分发生大规模相分离。通过调节PDMS含量( 0.5 ~ 3.0 wt . % ),得到了透明性高( \u003e 97 % )、抗沾污性能优异的ac - Starch基PU涂层。具体而言,各种液体污染物如油墨、水基和油基物质都很容易通过\"滑脱\"或\"串珠\"、\"擦除\"等方式从涂层表面去除,没有留下任何痕迹。此外,这些涂层还可以为金属表面提供防腐性能。因此,具有憎水性的生物基\"绿色\"涂层在保护表面免受污染和腐蚀方面具有广阔的应用前景,这对于功能涂层材料的可持续发展至关重要。
