Thermal resistance measurement of 3D graphene foam/polymer composite by laser flash analysis

Abstract(#br)In this work, three-dimensional graphene foam (GF)/polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) composite was prepared and its thermal resistance in practical application was measured by laser flash analysis (LFA). Results show that the thermal resistance of GF/PDMS composite is as small as 14\u003cce:hsp sp=\"0.25\"/\u003emm 2 \u003cce:hsp sp=\"0.25\"/\u003eK\u003cce:hsp sp=\"0.25\"/\u003eW −1 , which is only about 19% of that of commercial silver particles filled epoxy composite applied in the thermal management.
