Abstract(#br)Strain sensors with high sensitivity and large stretchability are of interest in various engineering fields. Here, directly printed stretchable strain sensors with great sensitivity and high durability was fabricated using aerodynamically focused nanomaterials (AFN) printing system. Specifically, microscale porous conductive patterns composed of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) composites are printed onto polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) for stretchable strain sensor.

无线数据传输系统组网的可穿戴电阻应变传感器无线通讯;银纳米线;聚二甲基硅氧烷;应变传感器;蓝牙。本研究通过在聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )衬底上嵌入银纳米线,制备了透明的电阻应变传感器,实现了手指弯曲运动的电传感。利用蓝牙作为无线数据传输系统,将应变数据传送给计算机和智能手机应用程序,实现近场通信。此外,我们还编写了一个通过手指运动应变来改变电阻的程序来保存图像,并证实了它在应用程序和计算机中的作用。

Abstract(#br)Conductive nanofiber composites (CNCs) are promising as wearable strain sensors (WSSs) due to their unique porous structure and thus good breathability, flexibility, skin affinity, and so forth. It still remains a great challenge to develop flexible and stretchable CNCs for high performance WSSs that possess a high sensitivity, large working strain and can also be applied in various harsh conditions such as extremely cold and corrosive environment.

MXene (Ti 3 C 2 T x ), which is a new two-dimensional material with remarkable properties, has been widely applied in wearable electronics. However, it remains a challenge to prepare MXene based smart textile that possesses multifunctional wearable sensing applications and can also keep MXene from oxidizing.

摘要\n可拉伸应变传感器在涉及基础设施监测的土木工程和结构工程中的应用成为研究的热点。然而,它们在基础设施监测中的势在必行表现往往受到环境条件特别是水下和腐蚀性环境的阻碍。本文报道了一种基于氧化SWCNT ( ox- SWCNT )和聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS )的化学机械稳定应变传感器的简易制备方法,ox- SWCNT和PDMS的强分子水平相互作用提供了敏感的压阻。将应变施加到传感器上,在100 %的大应变范围内获得了高同步电阻响应,表现出一一对应(单调响应)的电阻应变行为。最重要的是,表面能较低的PDMS复盖的ox-SWCNT的凸起结构提供了原位弹性,不仅对水,而且对酸性和碱性溶液。其在磨粒情况下的高耐久性说明了其在恶劣条件下实时基础设施监测中的潜在适用性。

基于生物质衍生材料的柔性应变传感器

近年来,可固定在人体皮肤上监测运动的应变传感器引起了人们的极大关注。本研究将核桃壳粉末碳化后与聚二甲基硅氧烷混合,然后进行封装,制备了一种高柔性应变传感器。对得到的传感器进行了电学和传感性能测试。实验结果表明,传感器在0 % ~ 40 %应变响应范围内稳定可靠,而传感器的有效工作频率在0.01 ~ 0.5 Hz。此外,炭化后的核桃壳粉/ PDMS预聚体及其固化剂( PDMSCA )应变传感器表现出优异的抗疲劳性能。1000个 循环拉伸后未观察到明显的衰减现象。然后将应变传感器连接到志愿者的咽喉、膝关节、肘关节和手指关节。相应的人体运动决定了明显的感知响应和重复性。本工作提出了一种基于环境友好材料的新型柔性应变传感器,通过简单的制备方法得到。因此,本工作可以为以成本有效的炭化材料为填充材料开发新型有效的应变传感器开辟新的途径。
