滑液灌注表面( SLISs )在耐腐蚀、抗结冰、防污、减阻等领域具有与超疏水表面( SHSs )相同的发展潜力和应用前景。然而,由于注入液体的迁移、蒸发或泄漏,SLISs的耐久性仍然是一个挑战。在此,我们提出了一种具有机械鲁棒性和自修复性能的耐用聚二甲基硅氧烷/硅油( PDMS-oil )体系。作为潜在应用的示范,PDMS-油涂层被应用于镁合金上,实现了多功能。首先在镁合金表面固化一层PDMS交联网络,然后向PDMS层中扩散一定量的低粘度二甲基硅油,形成最终的SLIS涂层。研究发现,50  wt %的硅油含量更适合于镁合金上PDMS-油基滑靴涂层,在20次复冰/除冰循环后仍能保持低于30   k Pa的低冰剪切强度,在磨损循环后(常压下为10   k Pa )保持较低的滑动角约30°。值得注意的是,所提出的PDMS-油基滑靴涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性和自修复能力,还能耐热水、冰水和腐蚀性溶液(即酸性和碱性水溶液)。在3.5   wt % NaCl水溶液中,即使在室温下放置20  天后,PDMS -油基滑膜镁合金仍能保持完整。相信即使在恶劣的环境中,采用PDMS油基滑膜的镁合金也会有更多的潜在应用。

Slippery liquid-infused surfaces (SLISs) have the same development potential and application prospects as superhydrophobic surfaces (SHSs) in the fields of corrosion resistance, anti-icing, anti-fouling and drag reduction. However, the durability of SLISs is still a challenge because of the migrating, evaporating, or leaking of the infused liquids. Herein, we proposed a durable polydimethylsiloxane/silicone oil (PDMS-oil) system with mechanical robustness and self-replenishing property. As a demonstration of potential application, the PDMS-oil coating was applied on the magnesium alloy for multi-functions. A layer of PDMS cross-linking network was first cured on the magnesium alloy surface, and then a certain amount of low viscosity dimethyl silicone oil was diffused into the PDMS layer to form the final SLIS coatings. It is found that 50 wt% of silicone oil content is more suitable for the PDMS-oil based slippery coating on Mg alloy, which can maintain a low ice shear strength of less than 30 kPa after 20 icing/deicing cycles and a lower sliding angle of about 30° after wear cycles (under a normal pressure of 10 kPa). Significantly, the proposed PDMS-oil based slippery coating possesses good corrosion resistance and self-replenishing ability, which can also withstand hot water, ice water, and corrosive solutions (i.e. acid and alkaline aqueous solutions). The Mg alloy with the PDMS-oil based slippery coating can remain intact in a 3.5 wt% NaCl aqueous solution even after 20 days at room temperature. It is believed that the Mg alloys with the proposed PDMS-oil based slippery coatings would have more potential applications even in severe environments.
